The national costume is the most watched and most discussed single piece in the competition. It is a real design commission, and it takes months rather than weeks.
We are opening this page before there is a candidate because good ateliers are booked far ahead. Introducing yourself now costs one email.

National costume
The signature piece of the edition. We expect an open call rather than a direct commission.
Evening and swimwear
French houses, emerging designers, fashion schools.
Image
Photography, art direction, film, retouching.
Preparation
Public speaking, English, stage presence, sport and nutrition.
Hair and make-up
Through the French selection and on site in San Juan.
